Product Description
We are a professional manufacturer of flanged rubber expansion bellows for industrial piping systems. Our flanged pipe bellows are constructed with high-strength multi-layer cord reinforcement and integrated steel wire rings, providing excellent pressure resistance, flexibility and structural stability.
Available in EPDM, NBR and CR rubber materials, our customized rubber bellows adapt to water, oil, air and mild corrosive media. Designed with standard floating flanges or fixed flanges, they enable easy installation, precise alignment and reliable sealing.
These pipe expansion bellows effectively absorb thermal displacement, compensate installation deviation, isolate mechanical vibration, eliminate pipeline resonance noise and protect pumps, valves and pipe fittings from water hammer damage. Custom sizes, pressure grades and special reinforced structures are available for HVAC, water supply, chemical, petroleum and industrial piping projects.
